This Shipping Policy outlines the shipping standards, processing rules, delivery timeframes and related service terms for all orders placed on the YANOVA official website. All customers who place orders on our website shall be deemed to have accepted the following shipping terms.

1. Shipping Origin

All products sold by YANOVA are in stock and shipped directly from our UK local warehouse (Solihull, England). We provide exclusive local door-to-door delivery services for UK customers, ensuring fast order processing, stable logistics and reliable delivery experience.

2. Shipping Fee Standards

We adopt transparent and customer-friendly shipping rules with no hidden fees for all orders:
  • Free Shipping Service: All orders with a total amount of$59 and above enjoy free standard shipping.
  • Fixed Shipping Fee: Orders under $59 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

3. Order Processing Time

After your payment is successfully confirmed, we will complete order verification, product inspection, packaging and shipment arrangement within 24 working hours. Orders placed on weekends, statutory holidays or during logistics peak periods will be processed sequentially on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Our standard door-to-door delivery takes 5–7 working days after the order is dispatched. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to extreme weather, logistics system maintenance, holiday surges or remote delivery areas, which are beyond our effective control.

5. Order Tracking Service

Once your order is shipped, we will send an exclusive tracking number and logistics query link to your reserved email address. You can check the real-time transportation status of the package at any time until the goods are successfully delivered.

6. Delivery Address Instructions

Please fill in your accurate and detailed delivery information, including recipient name, valid contact number, detailed address and correct postcode. We are not responsible for delivery failure, package loss or re-delivery costs caused by incorrect, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers.

7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If the package is returned or undeliverable due to customer reasons such as wrong address, unreachable contact information, voluntary refusal to sign for the package, the customer shall bear the corresponding return logistics cost and secondary shipping expense. We will not provide free re-delivery service for such situations.
