We offer a30-day return window starting from the date you receive your order. All returned items must be brand new, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and retained with original tags and packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet our inspection standards.
Items with obvious man-made damage, stains, deformation, or worn traces will not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Acceptable Return Reasons
We accept valid returns for the following situations:

3. Return Shipping Fee Rules
Our responsibility: If returns are caused by product quality problems or our delivery errors, we will cover the full return shipping cost.
Customer responsibility: If returns are due to personal reasons, including improper size, style dislike, or accidental purchase, the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The original shipping fee paid during checkout is non-refundable.
4. Return & Refund Process

All refunds will be issued to your original payment account. The refund processing period is 3–5 working days after inspection approval. Depending on your payment provider’s processing rules, the funds may take an additional 3–7 working days to display in your account.
