All our women’s tops and dresses are stocked and shipped directly from our UK warehouse in Solihull, England. Local stocking ensures fast order processing, quick dispatch and reliable local delivery.

5. Are the sizes true to standard UK sizes?
All our products follow standard UK sizing. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with bust, waist, length and size reference data. We highly recommend checking the size chart before placing your order for the best fit.
6. Can I return or exchange my purchase?
We support returns and exchanges within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and kept in original condition with tags intact. Please contact our customer team first to start your return procedure.
7. How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will approve your refund within 3–5 working days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method and usually take 3–7 working days to show in your account.
